Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee in Oshawa, Ontario to help customers with accounts, transactions and banking solutions. You will guide customers to the right staff for more complex needs, promote digital banking, and support front-line operations during training.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of experience, MS Office and branch software familiarity, and a willingness to relocate within the assigned district as training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher and relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with branch software and MS Office tools is expected.
• IFC (Investment Funds Canada) or equivalent within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day banking needs and education.
• Guide customers to the right staff for solutions and referrals.
• Support cash and non-cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to TD policies.
