Qualifications

• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Ask financial questions to engage customers and build relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to improve confidence and loyalty.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain professional space in common areas per guidelines.
• Discuss portfolio updates and offer personalized solutions based on goals.
• Stay informed about regulations and participate in process improvements.
• Strive to meet service levels and productivity targets.
• Ensure documents reflect business intents and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate as a team, support colleagues, and address issues efficiently.
