City Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Branch Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. The role involves leading a team, maintaining office protocols, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a pediatric dentistry setting.

The ideal candidate will have HR leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a patient-focused approach. The position offers full-time hours, a State-of-the-Art office, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Background in Human Resources or leadership is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a partnership with other practice managers and doctors in all areas of the clinic (Finance, Clinical, Surgical).
• Enforce office protocols and ensure the smooth running of the office daily.
• Understand booking and maintaining schedules for all patients (Pediatric).
• Problem solve patient scheduling issues and address questions/concerns.
• Understand billing processes and costs of procedures.
• Coordinate administrative duties with the clinical side of the practice.
• Oversee front-end administrative staff and clinical team growth.
• Attend and participate in manager meetings.
• Perform some personal assistant administrative tasks.
