Job summary

Canadian Dental Services is hiring a Practice Manager to lead multiple Edmonton dental offices. You will drive revenue, oversee staff, scheduling, and supply chains while maintaining patient satisfaction across clinics.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, team development, and adherence to regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment. A strong leader with dental/medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a strong team in a dental/medical setting.
• Experience managing a dental or medical office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent clinical leadership experience in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the annual revenue budget.
• Re-activate our current patient base with unscheduled hygiene.
• Support ongoing management of pre-booking appointments.
• Manage and maintain a staffing strategy for efficiency.
• Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy with your team and vendors.
• Increase customer satisfaction and measure KPI performance.
• Lead performance management with open communication.
• Propose and implement new initiatives and creative solutions.

What would you be accountable for?

• You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas.

In terms of qualifications?

• Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a strongest team
• The dental field is highly regulated environment, so we are looking for someone with experience managing a dental or medical office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration in related area or worked as Dentist in a busiest clinic
