Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Supervisor in Canada (On Site) to lead a team handling multi-Canadian payrolls. The role requires bilingual proficiency in French and English and strong payroll system experience.

You will ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and support a growing client base from Westmount, Quebec. As a supervisor, you will coach staff, review performance, and implement improvements to procedures while coordinating with other departments and ensuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• PCP or PLP certification is required; CPM designation is highly preferred.
• Experience handling multi-Canadian provincial payrolls and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational leadership within the department.
• Ensures payrolls are processed timely and accurately; coaches staff as needed.
• Reviews performance, approves leaves, and handles escalations.
• Addresses payroll inquiries and resolves issues for clients.
• Prepares client wage summaries and contributes to process improvements.
