• Leadership skills to manage payroll processing across multiple cycles and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for Canada with timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide technical payroll expertise and support to local teams (processing, compliance, onboarding).
• Manage payroll processes across Canada ensuring local regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for alignment and communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, vendors, and employees.
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and provide guidance as needed.
• Stay updated on local labour laws and regulations and provide compliance guidance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on payroll trends and issues.
