You will input data, run payrolls, resolve client issues, and ensure full regulatory compliance while collaborating across departments.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, holds PCP or PLP certification, and demonstrates strong MS Office skills with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-provincial Canadian payrolls.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
• PCP or PLP certification.
• Intermediate to strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Team player with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-provincial Canadian payrolls accurately and on time.
• Act as the first point of escalation for payroll issues.
• Process voids and tax overrides as needed.
• Input payroll data and prepare payroll runs within our payroll software.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager on special projects and process improvements.
• Apply Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues.
