You will engage customers across in-person, phone, and email channels, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a collaborative team culture through continuous training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite

We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Vancouver - Yaletown - partners of solis optics, as a Patient Services Specialist!

In this role you'll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people's lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment.

This position is a part-time role working20-29 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out
• Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts
• Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties
