You will greet customers, handle check-in/out, engage with customers via in-person, phone, and email channels, and coordinate appointments while assisting with prescription printouts and billing for patients and insurers.

We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Vancouver - Yaletown - partners of solis optics, as a Patient Services Specialist!

In this role you'll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people's lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment.

This position is a part-time role working20-29 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.
