Job summary

FYidoctors Saint John clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, perform pre-testing support for eye care, and assist with appointments, billing, and eyewear services.

Bring retail experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative, growth-minded attitude to help deliver outstanding patient experiences in a full-time role. Monday–Friday operations support the clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or front-desk roles is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and engage with them in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, print prescriptions, and handle billing/payments.
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs/adjustments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Assist with additional clinic duties as required.
