Job summary

FYidoctors Lower Sackville is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced ophthalmic setting. You will assist with pre-testing, scheduling, billing, and eyewear adjustments while delivering a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, comfort with MS Office, and a team-first attitude.

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Lower Sackville clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
