FYidoctors Burnaby is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This full-time position (30-40 hours/week) operates Monday through Saturday at our 6th street clinic.

You will greet patients, assist with check-in/check-out, perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and assist with eyewear pickups and minor repairs.

Qualificações

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
