Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients in person, by phone, and virtually with questions and general support.
• Manage incoming referrals and prepare patient files.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update electronic medical records.
