Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with BCCNM registration required.
• Three years of clinical experience in designated area necessary.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff, ensuring quality of care.
• Coordinate patient flow and discharge planning.
• Support staff education and mentorship.

Education

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
