Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours in all tasks.
• Provide product expertise and recommend parts promotions to customers.
• Manage parts inquiries over the counter, by email and by phone promptly and courteously.
• Handle sourcing, procurement, ordering, backorders, credits, inventories and warranties; build hydraulic hoses as needed.

Compensation

$49,845 - $62,305

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
• Enhance our customer's experience and commitment to brand loyaltyby providing product expertise, relevant parts recommendations and regular communication of current and upcoming parts promotions
• Manage parts inquiries and correspondence effectivelyover the parts counter, throughemail and byphone in a timely and courteous manner
• Managethe daily functions of the parts operation, including sourcing, procuring andordering parts, following up onbackorders and credits, conducting inventory counts, processing cores and warrantiesas well as building hydraulic hoses for both internal and external customers

Must-haves for this role:
