Pfaff Automotive's McLaren Vancouver location is seeking a Parts Advisor to assist with receiving goods, stocking and delivering parts to technicians and customers. You will work onsite under the Fixed Operations Manager at our Vancouver, BC site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Parts Advisor, CDK experience, a valid driver's license and a strong customer-service mindset to support the service team and guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor.
• CDK experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Aptitude for numbers and strong customer service skills.
• Interpersonal, communication and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving goods, check and count items unloaded from suppliers.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and upsell where appropriate.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information.
• Pick parts using picking tickets and deliver to technicians.
• Maintain clean, organized and well-stocked inventory.
