Job summary

Pfaff Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Vaughan service team. You will be the critical link between guests and technicians, communicating clearly and ensuring an outstanding ownership experience.

The role requires automotive service exposure and 1–2 years as a Service Advisor is a plus; CDK software experience is preferred. A valid Ontario driver’s license is required, and growth opportunities are available within Pfaff Automotive Partners.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service experience required.
• 1–2 years of Service Advisor experience is an asset.
• Experience with CDK dealership software preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities
