Job summary

Bolton Ford is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver top-notch customer service and guide customers through the repair process at our dealership in Canada. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, create work orders, and provide quotes, updates, and invoices while ensuring a smooth service experience.

The ideal candidate has automotive field experience, 1–2 years as a Service Advisor, CDK knowledge, an aptitude for numbers, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements and ensure optimum customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to dealership policy.
• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Create/open work orders for new customers and service; close orders as appropriate.
• Invoice work orders and accept payments; submit reports and receipts to accounting.
