We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team at McLaren Vancouver. You will report to the Fixed Operations Manager onsite at our location in Vancouver, British Columbia. You will be responsible for the picking of parts and their delivery to internal customers and helping to maintain a clean and well stocked inventory.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with receiving goods, check and count items unloaded from the suppliers and report any discrepancies to management.
• Assist all customers in selecting required parts ensuring optimum customer service.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
• Pick parts using picking ticket and deliver to technician’s work bench.
• Return all parts from workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Fixed Operations Manager

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of working experience as a Parts Advisor.
• CDK experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented, organized and multi-tasking skills.
