Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience as a Parts Advisor.
• CDK experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving goods, check and count items unloaded from suppliers and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts to ensure optimum service.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Answer calls, provide price quotes and other information.
• Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
• Pick parts using ticket and deliver to technician's work bench.
• Return unneeded parts from workshop to stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Fixed Operations Manager.
