Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with bookings, check-in, and boarding per policies.
• Safely move passengers to/from aircraft and provide extra assistance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to travelers.
• Collaborate with PAL Airlines teams on new customer service initiatives.
• Handle administrative duties and reporting for flights.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
