Job summary

Carter's in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers and help them explore baby essentials and school-ready styles, while modeling friendly service on the sales floor.

As a Leader on Duty, you will coach team members, lead assigned business focus areas, handle customer concerns promptly, and support asset protection and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Coach team members to meet service standards and support omni-channel experience.
• Support store operations and asset protection through strong customer service and safety awareness.
• Recognize and reinforce exceptional performance and provide constructive feedback to the Store Manager.
