Carter’s Windsor store is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge and ensure a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns when needed.
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement.
