Carter’s, Inc. in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to warmly greet families and help them select baby essentials, guiding them through our brands from preemie to size 14.

The role fosters an inclusive environment, develops staff, and focuses on excellent service and brand-wide knowledge. The position requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning coaching, omni‑channel service, safety and store operations, plus growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and common software (Outlook, Excel, browsing).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and coach team to maintain service standards and omni‑channel experience.
• Execute Leader on Duty responsibilities, drive results, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement area plans, follow through on assigned business focus, and monitor progress.
• Support asset protection, safety, and store operations with consistent customer service.
• Provide timely feedback to staff and recognize exceptional performance.
