Zusammenfassung

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Supervisor in Hamilton. You’ll be the first face for growing families, greeting customers and guiding them through our baby essentials and school prep lines.

You will foster a welcoming environment, coach team members on service standards, and lead a focused business area with strong follow-through. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a customers-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma required or equivalent.
Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

Become a product and brand expert for Carter’s lines.
Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
Coach others to success and drive omni-channel service standards.
Lead assigned business focus area with careful planning and follow-through.
Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities and address customer concerns promptly.
Utilize feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
Build customer loyalty through company programs.
Provide timely feedback to store team and raise performance concerns when needed.
