Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Lead by example on service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Coach others to success and support Leader on Duty duties.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs.
