GardaWorld in Toronto is seeking a Concierge Security Guard who can engage with visitors and help them feel safe. You will work with people across shifts in schools and other sites, delivering friendly security support and clear guidance.

This role emphasizes customer service. You will manage access control, perform foot patrols, inspect equipment, and coordinate with emergency teams while writing incident reports.

Formación

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First aid certification.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Previous security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Ability to work independantly and prioritize responsibilities
