GardaWorld is seeking an Overnight Concierge Security Guard for a Data Center in Toronto. You will engage with visitors, manage access, and patrol facilities while responding to incidents and coordinating with emergency teams.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First aid certification.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of previous security experience required.
• Must be comfortable with administrative and computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
