GardaWorld in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Concierge Security Guard to provide frontline security and exceptional customer service across office towers, hotels, and shopping centres. You will verify identities, control access, guide visitors, and stay alert to potential risks during shifts.

This temporary coverage role offers flexible schedules, uniform provided, and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada, hold a valid security license, have first aid

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.

• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Be alert and aware at all times.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 0400-0800 hours, Monday to Friday 1600-2000 hours, Saturday & Sunday 0400-0800 hours, and Saturday & Sunday 1600-2000 hours

Location: L0R 1W1
