Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Hamilton, Ontario to provide customer-focused security services in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will handle access control, patrols, incident reporting, and liaise with emergency teams while delivering excellent guest relations.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with uniform provided and ongoing GardaWorld Academy training. Strong communication and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid security license
• First aid certification required

Responsibilities

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.
