Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard to provide exceptional customer service in building lobbies and common areas. You will manage access, perform patrols, and respond to incidents during a night shift in Toronto.

Authorized to work in Canada with an Ontario security license and first aid certification, you will also handle basic computer tasks and incident reporting while engaging with visitors and staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Have a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved first aid certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identification, and guide guests.
• Control access to facilities.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Perform computer-related tasks.
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
