Lush Handmade Cosmetics on Robson Street in Vancouver is hiring a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team, drive sales, open/close the store, and coach staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

On the shop floor you’ll lead a team of sales associates, teach product knowledge, reinforce brand values around fighting animal testing, ethical buying, and Naked Packaging, and sustain a vibrant, customer‑focused store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in supervisory roles with coaching and training.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce results to provide coaching and adjust shop floor to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead world-class service on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values, Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Increase product knowledge and consistently make informed recommendations.
• Team Involvement: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and growth of the team.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, and maintain visuals and safety standards.
