Job summary

Lush Victoria is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, leading a team of Sales Ambassadors, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will coach staff, deliver product demonstrations, manage cash handling, and help with opening/closing duties while upholding Lush's ethical values and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales, with supervisory/coaching experience.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective techniques and product knowledge.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor, including product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics in-store and at events.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising and product displays.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor attendance and ensure the team stays prepared for shifts.
