Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader in Vancouver to support the Store Management Team, coach sales associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, deliver product demonstrations, and work to exceed daily sales goals while advocating Lush values such as cruelty-free, handmade cosmetics and ethical sourcing. This role offers a collaborative environment and a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to day-to-day customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales coaching using the StoreForce dashboard and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on customer experience with world-class service and demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and via events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance.
• Foster DEIB and encourage open communication within the team.
• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
