Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Supervisor in Vaughan, Canada. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, guiding customers through product styles, features, and benefits while leading a welcoming team on the sales floor.

You’ll foster inclusivity, model service standards, and drive store performance as Leader on Duty. The role involves supporting schedules, coaching, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient with computer tools and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert for families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with warmth and explain product features.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Lead and execute a designated business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Use feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build loyalty through company programs and initiatives.
• Offer in-the-moment feedback to team and raise issues to the Store Manager.
