Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet proficiency.
• Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong communication skills and customer-experience focus (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) per procedures and codes.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks timely.
• Engage with customers to provide clear guidance on banking processes.
