Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, is seeking a customer service–driven teammate to process deposits, withdrawals and bill payments, while identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions. You will respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and help meet branch goals with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet proficiency
• Calm, courteous and effective written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and TD's Code of Conduct
• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalate non‑standard activities
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely
• Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes
• Support a diverse, equitable team environment and participate in performance development
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements where possible
