As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

Lead across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; drive ROAS, manage budgets, measure outcomes with GA4, and shape a 90-day plan that proves value in client conversations.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop and present the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship management.
