Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. The role focuses on paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on budget management, testing, tracking, and client storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers in campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for assigned accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to pause/kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
