Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a B2B client portfolio. You will steer targeting, budgeting, roadmap and narrative in client discussions and act as the strategic voice in planning and optimization.

You will lead campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage bids and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign
• Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Digital Advertising Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
