Blacksmith Agency, a AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice and make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and drive long-term client growth with a strong emphasis on results and client communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency multi-client experience with ongoing campaigns.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Ability to present data and justify decisions on calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Track conversions and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
