Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency looking for a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budgets, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
