Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads; handle budget, bidding, testing, and know when to kill a campaign. You’ll ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, and craft 90-day

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
