Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets, and drive growth across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, acting as the strategic voice on client calls.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, testing, and optimization to maximize ROAS and retention. You will work remotely across Canada, the US, or South Africa, collaborating with US clients on live calls and

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location senior living is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Implement conversion tracking and reliable attribution with GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report on numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
