Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, test creative, and ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
