Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist who will own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growth-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS improvements and long-term client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
