Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a diverse B2B client base. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap development, and the narrative behind performance during client calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and experience servicing multiple clients in an agency setting. Strong English on calls with US clients is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget, bidding, targeting, and creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
