Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice on calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and shape the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client, explaining the numbers and driving long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Own 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present data-driven narratives.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
