Introduction

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology

As an Application Package Specialist, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your knowledge of business processes and functions to support our clients in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.

Collaborate with our team to design and implement business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Apply your understanding of business requirements to configure and test Oracle HCM Cloud.

Familiarity with tools like BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, or OTBI is a plus.

Required technical and professional expertise

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Knowledge of business processes and functions, such as HR, payroll, or benefits

Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred but not required)

Preferred technical and professional experience

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Willingness to relocate to Calgary.
