Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant to support and enhance our clients' Oracle Fusion HCM systems, with a primary focus on Payroll for the United States. This role involves solution design, system configuration, client support, and collaboration across teams to deliver successful business outcomes in the HCM space.

• Provide expert support for Oracle Fusion Payroll (U.S.), including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a focus on Payroll.
• Understand and design Human Resource business flows within Oracle Fusion.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and address inquiries.
• Utilize Oracle Support tools effectively to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the development of assets, accelerators, and differentiators within the HCM practice.
• Leverage Oracle user communities and internal knowledge bases for continuous improvement and problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with at least 5 years in Payroll.
• In-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and U.S. Payroll modules.
• Experience in 1 or more full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong client-facing communication and solution presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives in the HCM domain.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM or Payroll modules.
• Familiarity with integrations and third-party tools in the HCM ecosystem.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
